Ingredients:
1 pre baked 5″ Pie Shell
For the topping:
3/ 4 cup Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tblsp White Flour
1 tblsp melted Butter
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
For the filling:
4 chopped Peaches
½ tblsp Amaretto Liqueur
1/4 cup White Sugar
1/2 tsp Cornstarch
How to make peach pie recipe:
- Mix all the topping ingredients in a bowl.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, toss peaches with amaretto, white sugar and cornstarch.
- Place filling in the pre-baked pie shell.
- Spread the oatmeal topping mixture over peach filling.
- Place pie in preheated oven and bake till lightly brown.
- Cool and serve.
