CHERRY PUDDING RECIPE


Ingredients:

1 cup melted Margarine
2 cup All-purpose Flour
2 cup Sugar
4 tsp Baking Powder
1½ cup Milk
1 pound canned Cherries with syrup
1 cup Sugar

How to make cherry pudding recipe:

  • Pour the margarine in a baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl mix the flour, half of the sugar, baking powder and milk together.
  • Pour this mixture on the baking dish.
  • Pour the cherries with the syrup over the mixture in the dish.
  • Sprinkle remaining sugar and bake it at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  • Serve hot with ice cream.
