CHOCOLATE PUDDING RECIPE


Ingredients:

6 oz All-purpose Flour
A pinch Salt
2 oz Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
3 oz shredded Suet
Little Milk
1 oz Cocoa Powder

How to make chocolate pudding:

  • In a bowl mix cocoa, salt and sugar with the flour.
  • Add the suet.
  • Gradually add little milk to make a smooth batter.
  • Pour this mixture into a greased basin and cover with greased paper.
  • Steam it for 2 1/2 hours.
  • Serve with custard sauce.
